Rd., Dayuan Dist., Taoyuan City, TaiwanFuture expansion: Taiwan(Yangmei, Xinwu,) and Malaysia🎯Join Our TeamWe have a strong and collaborative team of professionals, and we welcome you to join us as we build the future together.🎯Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute annual procurement plans.Monitor market conditions and consolidate and analyze supplier market information, including supply and demand, pricing, technology, policies, and market trends.Develop and implement procurement policies and strategies.Achieve annual cost-reduction targets.Conduct supplier audits and performance evaluations.Manage and optimize procurement processes.Monitor and track procurement KPIs.Develop and qualify new suppliers.Support overseas mass-production and NPI procurement activities.Review and approve monthly supplier invoices and accounts payable.Coordinate and communicate effectively across departments.Perform other duties and projects assigned by management.🎯RequirementsAt least 5 years of related work experience.Fluent in English & Chinese, with strong listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills.Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word.🎯Preferred Qualifications5+ years of procurement experience and 3+ years of management experience preferred.Experience with Oracle ERP is a plus
