With over four decades of expertise, we are committed to quality, innovation, and better healthcare outcomes.Role OverviewWe are looking for an experienced Procurement Manager with 5+ years of exclusively IVD/Medical Diagnostics procurement experience to manage end-to-end sourcing and procurement of IVD instruments, reagents, consumables, components, and related products.Key ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end IVD sourcing and procurement.Identify, onboard, and manage qualified IVD manufacturers, OEMs, and suppliers.Handle vendor development, commercial negotiations, pricing, MOQ, payment terms, and lead times.Manage domestic and international procurement, including import coordination and landed-cost analysis.Coordinate with Sales, Quality, Regulatory, Finance, Warehouse, and Operations teams.Maintain optimum inventory and ensure timely material availability.Ensure required quality, technical, regulatory, and procurement documentation.Track POs, supplier performance, cost savings, and procurement MIS.Mandatory Requirements4-5 years of hands-on procurement experience specifically in the IVD/Medical Diagnostics industry.Strong knowledge of IVD instruments, reagents, consumables, and diagnostic supply chains.Proven experience in vendor management and supplier negotiations.Experience in domestic & international sourcing.Strong Excel/MIS and ERP/CRM skills.Good commercial, analytical, communication, and coordination skills.Important: Candidates from Pharma, FMCG, Automobile, Electronics, or general Medical Devices without substantial direct IVD procurement experience will not be considered.Why Join SFRI India?Be part of a trusted and growing IVD/Medical Diagnostics organization.Opportunity to work with national and international suppliers.Professional growth and long-term career opportunities.📩 Apply at: careers@sfri.in📌 Subject: Application for Procurement Manager – New Delhi
