With over 500 successful projects and 100+ satisfied clients, our commitment to excellence is evident in our client-centric approach and customized solutions.Post: Procurement / Purchase Contract Manager (Office Furniture / Wood Industry) 📍Location: 📍Bangalore 📅 Experience: 8–12 Years in Industry Experience (Preferred): Furnishing Industry | Furniture Wood | Plywood | Interior Products Wooden Flooring | Curtains | Carpets | Mattresses.💰 Expected hike: Best as per Industry norms.⏳ Looking for early joiners.Role DescriptionFinding New Vendors for all imported goods domestically, 2 to 3 vendors for each domestic & imported item, and update in google sheet.Finding New Vendors for major purchases of domestic vendors items with 45-days credit facilityFinding buyers for all Non-Moving products including wood, glass, fabric, Paint, binders and other materials.Managing PAN India purchases and team, make cost effective decisions and provide cost-saving every quarter.Maintain committed deliveries on time without fail, adhere to the timelines provided.Perform 2 to 4 vendor visits every month and provide visit presentations along with summary.Trouble shoot the problems arise in purchases with team and train PAN India team to handle on their own, without dependency.Work with NPD team in finding new products, providing prices, and all other required data related to products.Respond to mails and queries timely without fail.Establish teamwork among employees.RequirementsStrong Technical Knowledge in Furniture/InteriorsManagerial experience in Manufacturing Company min 2-4 years.Experience in Purchase and Process, min 3-5 YearsFamiliar with all kind of Suppliers related to furniture industry.Any ERP & Oodo experience 2-4 YearsAny Degree Technical/EngineeringGood in Excel and MIS ReportsHindi, Kannada and English languages are mandate.📩 To Apply:Send your resume to hrd-careers@dotworkplace.com /patil@dotworkplace.com💬 Tag someone perfect for this role!🔁 Please Like, Comment & Share to spread the word!
