Job Title: Procurement Manager – Oil & Gas (EPC Projects)Location: Saudi ArabiaCompany: NSH SaudiIndustry: Oil & Gas / EPC ConstructionJob DescriptionNSH Saudi is seeking an experienced Procurement Manager to lead procurement activities for large-scale Oil & Gas EPC projects. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in strategic sourcing, vendor management, subcontracting, and procurement of materials and equipment for major industrial projects.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement procurement strategies for EPC Oil & Gas projects.Manage the complete procurement cycle, from RFQs and bid evaluations to purchase orders and delivery.Source and procure mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, piping, structural, and construction materials.Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors to achieve the best commercial and technical outcomes.Ensure timely procurement and delivery of materials in line with project schedules.Coordinate with Engineering, Project Management, QA/QC, Logistics, and Construction teams.Monitor supplier performance, resolve delivery issues, and maintain strong vendor relationships.Review commercial and technical proposals and conduct contract negotiations.Ensure compliance with project specifications, company policies, and client requirements.Prepare procurement reports, cost analyses, and procurement status updates for management.Manage procurement budgets and identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.RequirementsBachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline.Minimum 7–10 years of procurement experience in the Oil & Gas EPC industry.At least 5 years in a managerial role handling major EPC projects.Strong experience in procurement of project materials, equipment, and subcontract packages.Sound knowledge of international procurement practices, commercial contracts, and vendor management.Experience working on Saudi Aramco, SABIC, ADNOC, or other major Oil & Gas projects is highly preferred.Excellent negotiation, commercial, analytical, and leadership skills.Proficient in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and Microsoft Office.Preferred CandidateGCC/Saudi Oil & Gas project experience is preferred.Strong leadership and team management skills.Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple procurement packages simultaneously.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Experience: 7–10+ YearsIndustry: Oil & Gas / EPC ConstructionLocation: Saudi Arabia (NSH Saudi)
