Procurement ManagerAl-Ahmadi Medical Complex (AMC) Group · Dammam, Saudi Arabia (covering all branches) · On-site · Full-timeWe are hiring a Procurement Manager to lead sourcing and purchasing operations across our group of medical complexes — building the systems, supplier base, and controls that keep quality high and costs under control.What you'll do• Own end-to-end procurement strategy across all AMC branches (medical equipment, pharmaceuticals, lab reagents, consumables, facilities, and general services).• Build and manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and secure competitive, compliant pricing.• Develop procurement policies, approval workflows, and inventory/supplier controls.• Coordinate with clinical, pharmacy, laboratory, facilities, and finance teams to forecast needs and avoid stock shortages or overspend.• Ensure compliance with Saudi MOH and SFDA healthcare procurement standards (registered products and suppliers).• Lead, mentor, and — where needed — rebuild the procurement function and team.• Report procurement KPIs (cost savings, lead times, supplier performance) to senior leadership.What we're looking for• Minimum 4 years of experience as a Procurement Manager within the healthcare/hospital/medical sector — candidates without healthcare procurement experience will not be considered.• Proven ability to build systems and processes, not just execute day-to-day purchasing.• Experience managing procurement across multiple branches/locations.• Strong knowledge of procurement structures, vendor management, and contract negotiation.• Familiarity with Saudi MOH and SFDA regulatory/compliance requirements.• Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field (CIPS/CPSM certification a plus).• A Biomedical Engineering background with procurement experience is a strong advantage, given our focus on medical equipment and devices.• Fluent in Arabic and English.To apply: submit your CV and complete the screening questionnaire below.
