Company Description ELVN Interiors is a leading luxury fit-out contractor delivering high-end residential, hospitality, and commercial interiors across the UAE. As we scale our project pipeline, we're looking for a Procurement Manager who knows this industry inside out, and who can hit the ground running with a supplier network already in place.Role Description The Procurement Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai. This role is responsible for managing the end-to-end procurement process for materials, furnishings, fixtures, and services required for villa renovation and fit-out projects. Day-to-day tasks include identifying and evaluating suppliers, negotiating contracts and pricing, monitoring inventory and delivery schedules, and ensuring that all purchases meet quality, budget, and timeline requirements. The Procurement Manager collaborates with design, project management, and finance teams to align procurement decisions with project specifications and company standards. The role also involves maintaining accurate procurement records, managing vendor relationships, and continuously improving procurement processes to support efficient project execution.Qualifications3-5 years of procurement experience within luxury fit-out, interior contracting, or high-end construction in the UAE An established network of reliable suppliers and subcontractors across the fit-out supply chainStrong procurement and contract management skills, with experience in overseeing purchasing processes and supplier agreements.Proficiency in supplier evaluation and contract negotiation to secure favorable terms, quality, and reliability.Well-developed analytical skills to assess costs, compare bids, track performance metrics, and support data-driven decisions.Experience in the interior design, construction, or fit-out industry, preferably within the Dubai or GCC market.Excellent communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively with internal teams and external vendors.Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Solid knowledge of procurement best practices, local regulations, and relevant compliance requirements.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, or a related field; professional procurement certifications are an advantage.
