STAY Wellbeing & Lifestyle Resort in Phuket is looking for an experienced Procurement Manager to lead our procurement and supply chain operations!✨ About the RoleAs our Procurement Manager, you will strategically oversee all purchasing, vendor relations, and inventory control across all resort divisions (F&B, Wellness/Spa, Rooms, Engineering, and Administration). You will play a pivotal role in driving cost efficiency, maintaining brand standards, and embedding sustainability into our sourcing strategy.🔑 Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Sourcing & Sustainability: Lead vendor negotiations, establish high-value contracts, and source eco-friendly/organic products aligned with our wellness ethos.Operations & Inventory Control: Oversee end-to-end purchasing cycles using hotel inventory systems (Comanche), managing stock levels, FIFO rotation, and storeroom compliance.Financial Oversight: Monitor budgets, analyze monthly spend patterns, and work closely with Finance to drive value-engineering opportunities.Team Leadership: Mentor and develop the purchasing and storekeeping team while maintaining strong relationships across all resort departments.OH&S & Compliance: Ensure all storage and logistics activities align with health, safety, and local business regulations.🎯 What We Are Looking ForEducation: Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Business Administration, Hospitality, or Finance.Experience: 5–8+ years in hotel purchasing/procurement within luxury hospitality or lifestyle resorts (with 2–3+ years in a management role).Technical Skills: Proficiency in Comanche inventory systems and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).Key Strengths: Strong contract negotiation skills, financial acumen, agility, and fluency in English and Thai.Bonus: Expertise in organic/sustainable vendor networks in Thailand and international sourcing.Native Thai speaking it's will be advantage📍 Location: Rawai, Phuket, Thailand
