Procurement Manager

This role will be responsible for developing and executing category strategies, managing strategic supplier relationships, and delivering value across professional services and corporate functions.The successful candidate will partner closely with senior leaders across the business, including direct engagement with Executive Leadership, to drive procurement excellence, cost optimization, supplier performance, and risk management across a spend portfolio,This is a highly visible role offering significant exposure to the Leadership Team, requiring strong influencing, stakeholder management, and commercial negotiation capabilities.Key Requirements5-10 years of procurement experience, including a minimum of 2 years managing indirect procurement categories.Strong Professional Services category management experience across areas such as HR, IT, Insurance, Consulting, and Corporate Services.Proven background within FMCG, Food & Beverage, or Consumer Goods manufacturing environments.Experience managing and leading strategic sourcing, negotiations, and supplier performance.Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and partner with senior leadership, including Executive and C-suite stakeholders.Demonstrated people management experience, with responsibility for developing and leading procurement teams.Commercially focused, collaborative, and capable of driving value through category strategies, supplier partnerships, and cross-functional engagement.UAE Nationals are encouraged to apply
