We're hiring a Procurement professional with a CMA/ICWA background to lead FF&E, OS&E, capex, and project procurement for hotel pre-openings — owning cost control, vendor negotiation, and budget compliance from groundbreaking to opening day.Key Responsibilities :- Lead end-to-end *procurement for hotel pre-opening projects* — FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment), OS&E (Operating Supplies & Equipment), MEP, kitchen equipment, and capex items- Prepare and monitor *procurement budgets*, cost sheets, and BOQ (Bill of Quantities) reconciliation against approved capex- Drive *vendor development, negotiation, and contracting* for hospitality-specific categories (linen, crockery, kitchen equipment, furniture, lighting)- Ensure *cost accounting* rigor — variance analysis, cost-benefit analysis, landed cost computation, GST/tax implications on procurement- Coordinate with project management, architects, interior designers, and operations teams for *pre-opening timelines*- Implement procurement *SOPs, vendor empanelment, and approval matrices* across multiple properties simultaneously- Manage *import/indent procurement*, customs, logistics coordination where applicable- Track *cash flow impact of procurement commitments*, working closely with finance for payment schedules and LC/BG (Letter of Credit/Bank Guarantee) requirementsIdeal Candidate- *ICWA/CMA qualified* with strong cost accounting fundamentals- 8–10 years in *procurement, project purchase, or supply chain, with at least 3–4 years specifically in **hotel pre-opening / hospitality projects*- Prior experience with hotel brands, EPC/construction procurement, or FF&E/OS&E vendors preferred- Strong in *Excel, ERP (SAP/Oracle/Tally), budgeting, and cost control*- Experience managing *multi-property, multi-vendor procurement simultaneously*#ProcurementManager #RealEstateJobs #ConstructionProcurement #SupplyChainManagement #RidhiraGroup #HyderabadJobs #ProcurementLeadership #VendorManagement #RealEstateCareers #ProcurementExcellence #InfrastructureJobs #HiringNowShare cv at anusha@ridhira.com / Whatsapp-7386688223
