Job Summary:We are seeking an experienced Procurement Manager with a strong background in the Information Technology sector to lead the procurement function. The ideal candidate must have proven experience in IT-related procurement and established relationships with suppliers and distributors in the technology field. The role is responsible for ensuring that the company’s needs for materials, equipment, and services are met efficiently, cost-effectively, and in full compliance with governance standards, while driving supplier strategy and maintaining operational excellence.Key Responsibilities:Lead the development and execution of annual and operational procurement plans aligned with company requirements.Oversee coordination with internal teams to define specifications and select the most suitable suppliers.Manage the full purchase request lifecycle, ensuring accuracy, necessity, and timely processing.Drive supplier sourcing, evaluation, and performance management based on quality, delivery, and commercial criteria.Lead complex negotiations to secure optimal pricing, terms, and contractual conditions.Ensure strict adherence to procurement governance policies, procedures, and internal controls.Supervise the issuance and follow-up of purchase orders through to completion.Oversee invoice review and coordinate with the finance department to ensure timely and accurate payments to suppliers.Monitor supply and delivery processes and ensure materials and services meet required specifications.Resolve supply chain and quality issues proactively in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.Maintain and continuously improve the supplier database for accuracy and accessibility.Prepare and present regular reports on procurement performance, costs, savings, and supply status to senior management.Lead continuous improvement of procurement policies, processes, and systems to enhance efficiency and quality.Maintain strict confidentiality of all contractual, pricing, and supplier-related information.Provide leadership, guidance, and performance management to the procurement team (if applicable).Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.Minimum 8–10 years of progressive experience in procurement, with at least 3–4 years in a managerial or leadership role.Proven experience in procurement within the Information Technology sector.Established relationships with suppliers and distributors in the IT field (hardware, software, infrastructure, and related services).Strong knowledge of IT-related procurement practices, supplier management, negotiation, and contract administration.Solid understanding of procurement governance, compliance, and internal control frameworks.Demonstrated ability to prepare procurement plans, manage costs, and deliver measurable savings.Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.Strong analytical and reporting capabilities.Fluency in Arabic and English (spoken and written).Proficiency in ERP/procurement systems and MS Office.Based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
