Title: Procurement ManagerSector: Rail / TransportLocation: London (Hybrid)Salary & Package: Competitive salary + benefits packageSea Global are delighted to be partnering with a leading organisation within the rail and transport sector to recruit a Procurement Manager into their growing procurement function.This is an exciting opportunity to join a business where procurement plays a key role in supporting the safe, reliable and efficient operation of the railway.The successful candidate will take ownership of end-to-end procurement activity across goods, works and services, delivering strong commercial outcomes while ensuring compliance with a highly regulated environment.Role & ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end procurement activity across a range of projects, managng spend values in the millions.Develop and implement category and sourcing strategies across FM, Construction, Infrastructure, Maintenance, Services, Works, and more.Lead complex and high-value procurements and negotiate commercial and contractual terms.Identify and manage supplier and supply chain risks and lead supplier due diligence and market engagement.Work closely with Contract Management teams to ensure effective supplier performance.Utilise spend analysis, procurement data and reporting to identify opportunities and support strategic decision-making.Experience & RequirementsCIPS qualified, working towards qualification, or equivalent professional experience.Proven experience delivering the full procurement lifecycle.Experience working within a regulated, technical or operational environment.
