A trained housekeeping team further supports healthy, comfortable work environments to help clients achieve optimal workplace conditions.Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Procurement Manager role based in West Bengal, India. The Procurement Manager will oversee end-to-end procurement activities, including identifying sourcing needs, evaluating suppliers, and managing purchasing processes for engineering, facility management, and related services. Responsibilities include negotiating contracts and pricing, monitoring supplier performance, and ensuring compliance with company policies, HSQE standards, and applicable regulations. The role involves collaborating with operations, finance, and project teams to optimize cost, quality, and delivery timelines, as well as maintaining accurate procurement records and reports. The Procurement Manager will also contribute to continuous improvement of procurement strategies and vendor relationships to support long-term organizational goals.Qualifications Candidates should possess strong skills in Procurement and Supplier Evaluation to manage sourcing, vendor selection, and purchasing decisions effectively.Candidates should possess expertise in Contract Negotiation and Contract Management to secure favorable terms, mitigate risks, and ensure compliance with agreements.Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to interpret data, assess cost-benefit scenarios, and support strategic procurement decisions.Relevant experience in engineering, facility management, or industrial services procurement is beneficial.Strong communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills are expected.Proficiency in procurement software or ERP systems and MS Office is advantageous.Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred.Knowledge of Indian regulatory frameworks and compliance requirements in procurement and contracts is a plus.
