Procurement Manager

Talasha has been mandated to hire a Procurement & Vendor Manager for a luxury, vegan skincare brand that merges traditional Ayurvedic ingredients with modern green science. They manufacture their products internationally via contract manufacturing and this is an impactful role that will manage end to end procurement & vendors relations Key ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end procurement of packaging materials, raw materials, and finished goods.Identify, evaluate, negotiate, and manage vendors for quality, cost, and timely delivery.Drive cost optimization, strategic sourcing, and vendor development initiatives.Manage purchase planning, order execution, inventory requirements, and supplier performance.Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new suppliers.Collaborate with Supply Chain, Operations, Quality, and Finance teams for seamless procurement.Establish and improve procurement processes, SOPs, and controls.Good to Have-5+ years of experience in Procurement/Purchasing.Hands-on experience in procuring packaging materials, raw materials, and finished goods is mandatory.Strong experience in vendor management, negotiations, sourcing, and cost optimization.Industry preference: Personal Care, Beauty, Cosmetics, or related consumer products.Strong understanding of procurement, supply planning, and inventory management.Excellent negotiation, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.Experience in a high-growth/startup environment is preferred.CTC - Upto Rs.15LPA (Basis last drawn)Location- Bangalore, MG Road
