Core Procurement & Costing Skills•     Strong hands-on experience in BOQ preparation, cost estimation, and vendor quotation comparison.•     Sound knowledge of procurement processes for Electrical, Networking, HVAC, AV, lighting, projection, fabrication, and civil/interior and raw materials.•     Proficient in interpreting GFC drawings for vendor briefing, coordination, and execution.•     Advanced proficiency in MS Excel; working knowledge of ERP or procurement software preferred.•     Working understanding of GST, taxation, and commercial contract terms relevant to procurement.2. Site & Project Coordination•     Willingness to travel to project sites across India, including heritage and museum locations, for on-ground procurement.•     Experience managing procurement logistics for time-bound, large-scale exhibition or installation projects.•     Ability to coordinate effectively with local vendors and contractors at remote site locations.3. Professional & Soft Skills•     Strong negotiation skills and ability to build long-term vendor relationships.•     Excellent communication and documentation skills.•     Ability to multi-task and manage procurement across multiple concurrent projects.•     High ownership and the ability to work independently under tight project deadlines.QualificationBachelor’s degree in engineering, Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field, with 5+ years of experience in procurement — preferably within the exhibition, museum, AV, events, or interior fit-out industry.
