Apply & track with Apply EdgeResponsible for the entire procurement activities from strategic planning to implementation of analysis, pricing, selection, delivery and risk mitigation for existing / new airport Lounges, Hotels, F&B outlets and relevant services at locations world-wide. Conduct the acquisition and evaluation of proposals for products, systems and services on group-wide basis with stakeholders to achieve optimal results in quality, total cost, and completion time.Serve as a business partner to Business Unit key stakeholders (Lounge Managers) by identifying their critical business requirements and providing Sourcing & Procurement services to meet/exceed their expectationsBuild/establish strategic relationships with key suppliers to drive enhanced value and innovationProvide rigorous cost and market analysis following the models established by Strategic Sourcing focusing on the total cost of ownershipPrepare for and execute clear, structured negotiations following the Strategic Sourcing processManage e-Procurement catalog content development, coordinated with International and Global teamsProvide and lead Strategic procurement services that provide low cost/best value to constituents while considering impact on operations, customers and competitorsImplement cost effective technologies to increase transaction efficiencies and drive down overall cost of procurementEnsure consistent application of procurement processes across constituent groupsIdentify, develop and deploy best practice supplier management, procurement and supply chain practicesDrive internal skill/capability development to broaden and build staff skill setsInstitutionalize procurement performance measures that demonstrate value and ensure supplier performanceResponsible for the creation and execution of annual operating plans and strategic sourcing plan.Work with finance and business teams to have an annual and long-term plans and strategy for the requisite categoriesEnsure compliance, cost savings and performance measures are established, tracked and achievedDemonstrate exemplary integrity and ethics in all instancesExperience and Professional Qualifications Required5+ years relevant working experience in leading Sourcing & Procurement organization, Hospitality, Co-working, F&B Industry, Technology or service-oriented company are preferred.Diploma or degree in Business or FinanceCPM, CIPs, EIPM or similar certification is preferableInternal/external business consulting experience desiredExperience working a multinational environmentExperience in managing a cross functional teamSkills RequiredFluent in EnglishExcellent stakeholder influencing skillsAdvanced analytical skills to support complex financial modelingExperience in problem solving and analytical methods is criticalStrong written and communication skillsStrong negotiation skillsCategory Management expertiseExperience with SAP or other ERP (e.g. CheckSCM, ARIBA, Coupa)Strong expertise in using MS Office, Word, Excel & PowerPointAbility to work in a team environmentAbility to interact with employees at all levelsAbility/desire to work in a multi-cultural, multi territory environment
