We are on a mission to reduce e-waste and make high-end technology accessible to everyone.We are expanding our operations and are looking for a strategic and hands-on Procurement Manager to join our team in Dubai, UAE. In this full-time, on-site role, you will be the architect of our supply chain, ensuring a consistent flow of high-quality devices and components to fuel our growth across B2B and B2C channels.The RoleWe are seeking a detail-oriented Procurement Manager with a deep understanding of the mobile device and electronics landscape. You will manage the full lifecycle of sourcing—from supplier evaluation and negotiation to performance management. This is a full-time position based in our Dubai office, requiring a self-starter who can balance strategic sourcing with operational excellence in a fast-paced trading hub.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Sourcing & Supplier ManagementDevelop and maintain a robust network of suppliers for smartphones, tablets, accessories, and spare parts, with a focus on regional and international markets(EU) relevant to Dubai's trading environment.Conduct thorough supplier evaluations, including financial health, quality control processes (especially regarding cosmetic and functional grading), and reliability.Build and nurture long-term relationships with key vendors, B2B wholesalers, and trade-in partners to secure the best inventory mixes for both www.remobile.eu and www.handyswap.com .Leverage Dubai's position as a global logistics and re-export hub to optimize lead times and landed costs.Negotiation & Contract ManagementLead contract negotiations for volume pricing, payment terms , warranty conditions, and service-level agreements (SLAs).Review and redline terms and conditions to mitigate risk regarding device authenticity, locked status (iCloud/FRP), and return rates.Ensure all contracts are accurately tracked and compliance is maintained in line with UAE commercial regulations and company policies.Analytics & Market IntelligenceUtilize ERP systems and procurement tools to track purchase orders, inventory intake, and supplier lead times.Perform complex Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) analysis, factoring in refurbishment costs, failure rates, logistics, and import/export duties specific to the UAE.Monitor global market trends (e.g., new iPhone/Samsung launches, currency fluctuations, regional demand shifts) and demand forecasts to adjust buying strategies accordingly.Cross-Functional CollaborationWork closely with the Operations and Grading teams to provide feedback on supplier quality and defect trends.Collaborate with the Finance team to optimize cash flow and inventory turnover.Liaise with the Sales and Marketing teams to ensure procurement aligns with current demand and upcoming promotions across all brands.Coordinate with warehouse and logistics partners in Dubai to ensure smooth inbound flow and storage.Qualifications & RequirementsProven experience as a Procurement Manager, Buyer, or similar role within the mobile device, refurbishment, or consumer electronics industry (mandatory).Strong proficiency in contract negotiation and contract management.Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets, pricing models, and supplier scorecards.Experience using ERP systems (e.g., SAP, NetSuite, Odoo) and supply chain management tools.Familiarity with purchasing processes in both B2B (wholesale lots) and B2C (individual trade-ins) environments.Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, on-site, cross-functional setting.High attention to detail and organizational skills, capable of managing multiple procurement tracks simultaneously in a full-time capacity.Understanding of the mobile device market, refurbishment processes, or consumer electronics procurement is required.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.Must be currently based in Dubai or willing to relocate; knowledge of UAE import/export regulations is a plus.Why Join Us?Location: Work from our Dubai office, in one of the world's most dynamic trading and logistics hubs.Impact: Play a critical role in the sustainability sector by keeping tech out of landfills.Growth: Be part of a growing international group where your expertise directly shapes the bottom line.How to ApplyPlease submit your resume and a brief note on your specific experience sourcing mobile devices or consumer electronics to shaz@remobiletech.com .
