Procurement Manager

Job Title: Procurement ManagerRequirements & Responsibilities:* Develop and implement procurement strategies for projects.* Maintain a strong and effective network of companies, suppliers, manufacturers, and specialized representatives in building materials, finishing materials, equipment, and construction services.* Maintain a comprehensive and up-to-date supplier database, with the ability to source competitive prices, negotiate commercial terms, and ensure timely delivery with the required quality.* Strong knowledge of the local market and suppliers .* Secure project requirements efficiently and within the required timelines, while managing quotations, purchase orders, and deliveries from start to finish.* Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement.* Previous experience in real estate development or construction companies.* Saudi National.
