We turn fragmented processes into high-performing operating models that deliver measurable, sustained value.π Procurement Manager β Consulting & Professional ServicesWe're looking for an experienced Procurement Manager to join our international team and take ownership of sourcing and contracting activities across the Consulting & Professional Services category β think Legal, Finance & Taxation, and Management Consulting.In this role, you won't just run RFPs β you'll build and own supplier relationships, negotiate hourly-rate structures with specialized experts, and become the trusted partner stakeholders turn to across multiple global locations. If you enjoy turning complex, multi-stakeholder sourcing challenges into clear, cost-effective outcomes, this is your next move.π§ What you'll doLead sourcing and contracting activities across Consulting & Professional Services, including RFPs, RFQs, competitive evaluations, benchmarking, and negotiationsOwn end-to-end category management, from supplier governance and contract renewals to ongoing relationship managementDefine and maintain a procurement strategy aligned with stakeholder goals, current supplier base, and spendNegotiate cost-effective pricing structures, including the hourly-rate models typical of this categoryIdentify opportunities across the existing supply base to drive efficiencies and deliver measurable cost savingsConduct risk assessments and provide category intelligence, including regular spend and savings reportingCoordinate supplier performance reviews and technical discussions between suppliers and internal customersPartner closely with Legal, Global Process Owners, and cross-functional teams across time zonesManage and resolve escalations within the sourcing and contracting processπ― Who we're looking forYou bring 2+ years of experience in Consulting & Professional Services category management or strategic sourcing, strong negotiation and contract management skills, and fluent English.You're comfortable managing stakeholders across time zones and thrive under tight timelines, even when things get ambiguous.7+ years in indirect procurement, EMEA experience, or a certification like CPM, CPIM, or CPSM would make you an even stronger fit.If you're ready to bring your sourcing expertise to a team that values precision, collaboration, and growth β we'd love to hear from you. π
