The role will be responsible for strategic sourcing, supplier management, contract negotiation, cost optimization, procurement governance, and ensuring timely availability of goods and services across multiple business units.Key Responsibilities*Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with the Group's business objectives.*Manage end-to-end procurement activities, including sourcing, RFQs/RFPs, evaluation, negotiation, purchase orders and contracts.*Identify, evaluate and develop reliable local and international suppliers.*Lead commercial negotiations with suppliers to achieve competitive pricing and favorable payment and delivery terms.*Establish and maintain strong supplier relationships and monitor supplier performance.*Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies, approval processes and applicable Saudi regulations.*Develop and maintain approved supplier lists, procurement documentation and contracts.*Monitor procurement spend and identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.*Work closely with Finance, Operations, Projects, Legal and other business functions to understand requirements and ensure timely procurement.*Manage procurement budgets, forecasts and reporting.*Establish appropriate procurement KPIs and prepare regular management reports.*Assess supplier risks and develop alternative sourcing strategies where required.*Support digitalization and automation of procurement processes and systems.*Lead and mentor the procurement team and ensure adherence to best practices.
Requirements
-*Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Business Administration, Finance, Engineering or a related discipline.*Minimum 8 years of relevant procurement experience, preferably within a large conglomerate, diversified group or multi-business organization.*Strong experience in strategic sourcing, supplier management, contract negotiation and procurement operations.*Good understanding of the Saudi supplier and procurement market.Strong commercial, analytical, negotiation and stakeholder-management skills.*Experience working with ERP/procurement systems such as SAP, Oracle or Microsoft Dynamics is preferred.*Strong knowledge of procurement policies, procedures and governance.*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
