Procurement Manager

Procurement Manager – ElectricalManage complete procurement activities for power transmission and distribution projects.Review BOQ, drawings, specifications, project scope, and procurement requirements.Prepare procurement plans based on project schedules and material requirements.Source and evaluate suppliers for HT/LT cables, cable accessories, transformers, RMUs, switchgears, panels, poles, towers, earthing materials, and other electrical items.Prepare RFQs, obtain quotations, prepare comparison statements, and negotiate prices and commercial terms.Review technical and commercial offers in coordination with Engineering and Project teams.Negotiate price, payment terms, delivery schedules, warranty, and other commercial conditions.Prepare and review Purchase Orders, subcontract agreements, and procurement documents.Monitor material production, inspections, delivery schedules, and site requirements.Coordinate with Project, Engineering, Planning, QS, Commercial, Finance, and Stores teams.Maintain approved supplier/vendor database and evaluate supplier performance.Control procurement costs and identify opportunities for cost saving and better commercial terms.Resolve supplier issues related to quality, delivery, specifications, and payments.Maintain procurement records, reports, commitments, and pending order status.Strong UAE experience in power transmission/distribution projects is mandatory.Experience: 12–16 Years | Location: UAEQualification: Degree in Electrical Engineering / Procurement / Supply Chain or relevant field
