Location: Cannock, West Midlands (Hybrid)Salary & Package: £45,000–£55,000 + Bonus + Private Healthcare + Pension + £500 annual wellbeing allowanceSea Global is excited working with a leading international Retail business, who are looking to appoint a Procurement Manager to join their growing procurement function.This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to take ownership of projects across a broad range of indirect spend areas covering UK & Europe locations and have the autonomy to make a real impact within a developing procurement function.Because the procurement function is continuing to develop, you’ll need to be proactive, confident and comfortable working closely with senior stakeholders across the business.Role & ResponsibiitesDeliver sourcing and tendering projects across a broad range of indirect categories such as Marketing, Facilities Management, Technology, HR, Professional ServicesUse spend analysis and market insight to identify commercial opportunitiesManage supplier selection, benchmarking and negotiationsPartner with stakeholders across the business to understand requirements and deliver effective procurement solutionsExperience & RequirementsStrong experience of sourcing and tendering across indirect categoriesStrong commercial and analytical skills, with the ability to use data to identify opportunitiesExcellent stakeholder management and communication skillsExperience working in a complex, matrix or global/international environmentA proactive approach and the confidence to challenge and influence stakeholders
