As part of a dynamic organization committed to quality, governance, and sustainable growth, you will play a pivotal role in shaping procurement strategies that support long-term value creation and align with the Kingdom's economic vision.Key responsibilities include:Develop and implement comprehensive procurement strategies to support company goalsLead and manage the procurement team across various business units, providing guidance and mentorshipNegotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers to secure favorable terms and cost savingsMonitor market trends and supplier performance to identify risks and opportunities for improvementCollaborate with internal stakeholders to forecast procurement needs and ensure timely delivery of goods and servicesEnsure compliance with company policies, legal regulations, and ethical standards in all procurement activitiesDrive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance procurement processes, efficiency, and value creationManage supplier relationships to build strong partnerships and ensure quality and reliability of supplyRequirementsRequired Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field7+ years of procurement experience, including at least 3 years in a managerial role leading teamsProcurement experience within construction or real estate development, including sourcing construction materials and subcontractor servicesHands-on experience with strategic sourcing, negotiation, contract management, and procurement process improvementExperience using Odoo ERP or similar procurement systemsKnowledge of relevant legal and regulatory procurement frameworksBusiness fluent in Arabic and EnglishProven ability to partner with internal stakeholders across finance, legal, operations, and project/construction teams, and to present procurement strategies to senior leadership
Preferred Qualifications
