The position will work closely with internal stakeholders to develop effective procurement strategies, optimize costs, strengthen supplier relationships and ensure procurement activities are compliant with internal policies and controls.Key categories may include global mobility, insurance and health services, integrated facilities management (IFM), real estate engineering services and real estate transactions.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute procurement strategies for key corporate-service categories and major procurement projects.Manage end-to-end procurement activities, including requirements clarification, sourcing strategy, supplier qualification, RFP/RFQ/tender processes, commercial evaluation, supplier selection, negotiation and contract execution.Establish, maintain and optimize commercial, cost and procurement baselines for key categories and projects.Conduct supplier market research, benchmarking and commercial analysis to identify cost optimization and value-creation opportunities.Ensure continuity and availability of critical supplier resources for key categories.Lead supplier evaluation, onboarding, performance monitoring and relationship management.Partner with internal stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into effective procurement strategies.Coordinate with Finance, Legal, Operations, HR, Facilities, Real Estate and other relevant stakeholders to ensure successful procurement execution.Identify procurement risks, business pain points and control gaps, and develop practical mitigation measures and process improvements.Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies, authorization requirements, internal controls and governance standards.Monitor supplier performance, commercial terms, service quality, cost and contractual commitments.Maintain effective relationships with strategic suppliers and relevant internal stakeholders.Lead and develop the procurement team, providing direction, coaching and performance support.Prepare procurement reports, management updates and analysis on sourcing activities, savings, supplier performance, risks and key procurement KPIs.Identify opportunities to streamline procurement processes, improve efficiency and strengthen governance.RequirementsBachelor's degree or above in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Business Administration, Finance, Engineering or a related field.Minimum 3 years of relevant procurement experience, preferably in indirect procurement, strategic sourcing, category management or corporate services procurement.Demonstrated experience managing procurement activities from sourcing through supplier selection, negotiation and contract execution.Strong experience in supplier qualification, supplier evaluation, supplier relationship management and commercial negotiations.Experience managing RFPs, RFQs, tenders and commercial evaluations.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify cost, operational and procurement risks.Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.Strong understanding of procurement governance, internal controls and contract management.Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and procurement/ERP systems.Strong business English, both written and spoken.Preferred QualificationsExperience in corporate services, facilities management, real estate, insurance, mobility services, professional services or outsourced services procurement.Experience managing strategic or high-value procurement categories.Experience with procurement transformation, process optimization or digital procurement platforms.CIPS, CPSM or another relevant procurement certification.Experience managing and developing procurement team members.What You Will BringYou are commercially minded, analytical and proactive, with the ability to balance business requirements, cost, quality, risk and supplier performance.
