We turn fragmented processes into high-performing operating models that deliver measurable, sustained value.Currently we are looking for a Procurement Manager – Extended Workforce Solutions based in Cape Town, South Africa who will be responsible for managing sourcing and contracting activities within, but not limited to Extended Workforce Solutions category, including supplier selection, contract management, negotiation, and supplier relationship management. It will be key for this individual to manage collaboration across multiple locations with cross-functional stakeholders, including Legal, Global Process Owners, and other important cross-functional teams. It will also be key for this individual to manage and handle escalations in the sourcing and contracting process.Major Responsibilities and Accountabilities: Lead sourcing and contracting activities within, but not limited to Extended Workforce Solutions category including supplier selection, RFPs, RFQs, competitive evaluations, benchmarking, and negotiationsManage end-to-end category management including supplier governance, contract renewals, and ongoing supplier relationship managementUnderstand the current supplier base, spend, and goals of the organization to define and maintain a procurement strategy in alignment with key stakeholdersSupport supplier negotiations, contract renewals, and supplier governance frameworksMaintain alignment with category strategies and program governance standardsWork with suppliers to define the most appropriate and cost-effective pricing structures to support the organizationLeverage existing supply base and identify new opportunities to drive efficiencies and deliver cost savingsConduct risk assessments where needed to protect the interests and assets of the organizationProvide category intelligence and stakeholder reporting including weekly/monthly spend and cost savings reportsSchedule and coordinate supplier performance review meetingsCoordinate and actively participate in technical discussions between suppliers and internal customersWork closely with multiple teams to understand business requirements, goals, and objectives in order to efficiently support their operationsAnalyze processes, identify, prioritize, and drive continuous improvementsEstablish and maintain effective relationships with internal customers and external suppliersInteract with Internal/External Stakeholders across multiple global locations and time zonesMinimum Requirements: B.S./B.A. in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, Finance, or a related field2+ years of experience in Extended Workforce, staffing, HR services category management or strategic sourcingStrong negotiation and contract management capabilitiesUnderstanding of supplier selection, supplier analysis, and supplier relationship management within the logistics spaceProcurement process knowledge including financial analysis, market analysis, and category strategy developmentEffective communicator capable of managing stakeholders across time zones and organizational levelsProficient in Microsoft Office applications and collaboration tools such as Microsoft TeamsStrong English communication skills, both written and verbalUnderstanding of urgency and ability to maintain high performance under tight timelinesDemonstrates ability to ask the right questions and use sound business judgementAbility to deal effectively with ambiguity and thrive in a fast-moving environmentExcellent organizational and multi-tasking skills with attention to detail
