#UrgentHiring Procurement Manager - Facility Management | Immediate Joiners based in UAELocation: Dubai, UAEEmployment Type: Contract extendableExperience: Minimum 5 - 8 yearsClient: A Leading Real Estate CompanyWe are looking for an experienced Procurement Manager – Facility Management to manage end-to-end procurement for capital expansion, pre-opening, fit-out, and FM projects.Key Responsibilities🔹Lead end-to-end procurement from project initiation to contract closure.🔹Manage RFP/RFQ, sourcing, supplier evaluation, negotiations, and contract management.🔹Develop FM category and sourcing strategies aligned with business requirements.🔹Manage procurement for MEP infrastructure, fit-out, specialized assets, and capital works.🔹Drive cost savings, commercial value, quality, and technical suitability.🔹Manage suppliers, contractors, procurement risks, timelines, budgets, and project milestones.🔹Partner with Engineering, Projects, Finance, Legal, Contracts, Properties, and School teams.🔹Ensure compliance with procurement policies, governance, and processes.✅ Required Skills & Experience🔹 5–8 years of experience in FM Procurement / Category Management.🔹Strong experience in Facility Management, MEP, Fit-Out, Capital Projects, and Pre-Opening Procurement.🔹Proven expertise in Strategic Sourcing, RFP/RFQ Management, Supplier Management, Commercial Negotiation, Contract Management, and Cost Savings.🔹Strong Project Management, Stakeholder Management, Risk Management, and Analytical Skills.🔹Experience in multi-site, education, real estate, or corporate expansion projects is preferred.🔹Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Procurement, or related field.🔹Professional Procurement/Supply Chain or Project Management certification is an advantage.
