Procurement Manager - Food & Beverage Industry - Must Reside in Los Angeles, CA

We pride ourselves not only on our product but on the passionate people who bring our brand to life every day.We are seeking an experienced Indirect Procurement FF&E Manager with a strong background in indirect procurement, specifically within the food & beverage or restaurant industry. The Indirect Procurement FF&E Manager will lead strategic sourcing and procurement across indirect spend categories, with a primary focus on Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment (FF&E), supporting new store openings and ongoing business operations. They will negotiate supplier agreements, drive cost savings, manage vendor performance, and ensure the timely delivery of materials and equipment, while partnering with Development, Construction, Operations, and other cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate brings 3-5 years indirect procurement FF&E experience in the Food & Beverage industry, thrives in fast-paced environments, excels at strategic sourcing, vendor management, and supplier negotiations, while successfully managing multiple priorities with strong attention to detail. ***This role is based in our Headquarters in West Los Angeles, CA. Must currently reside in the Los Angeles area***Responsibilities:Perform tactical and strategic functions including: cost analysis, cost negotiation, contract management, redlining contracts, develop scope of work, leading and supporting RFI/RFPDevelop and implement strategy for effective contract and supply negotiations to ensure lowest total cost of ownership (TCO) at right qualityEstablish Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) activities including supplier reviews, service level agreements, and ensure the contracts continue to be robust and meet Bacio di Latte’s needsMonitor & evaluate supplier performances, provide recommendations, and influence stakeholders for additions/deletions from supplier pool as appropriateProvide supplier feedback and help to identify continuous improvement projectsLead product evaluations and planning meetings with all stakeholders and recommend potential changesMaintain up to date market knowledge on underlying supply markets and regulatory changes, identifying when action is needed in response to any change or cost impactCreate & monitor supplier price tracker and compliance trackerTravel up to 15% as needed to oversee deliveries, installations, and successful execution of FF&EPrepare and participate in supplier, team, and cross-functional meetingsWork with internal and external stakeholders to identify needs, test and qualify new or existing suppliers, initiate RFIs/RFPs, contract renewals, and advise on vendor price, quality, availability, reliability, and support

Requirements

3 - 5+ years of Strategic Sourcing/Procurement experience requiredStrong understanding of procurement process: spend analysis, opportunity identification, RFI/RFP process, stakeholder management, negotiations, and contractingIn depth experience in studying market trends and conditions, supply markets and regulatory changes, and applying results for strategic objectivesExperience working with cross-functional teams to validate, test, implement, and achieve sourcing goalsWillingness to travel up to 15% of the timeBachelor's Degree in related field preferred**Must currently reside in the Los Angeles area***Skills and Competencies:Ability to perform data and financial analysisProficient in Google Workspace, Excel, PowerPoint Highly skilled in leading negotiations with vendors to unlock and maximize supplier valueSuperior verbal, written and presentation skills
