Procurement Manager - French speaking

A luxury international hospitality group is seeking a French speaking Procurement Manager to support its European operations, working closely with the Procurement Director (Paris) and local teams.The Procurement Manager will lead end-to-end purchasing for hotels and serviced residences, ensuring cost efficiency, quality, supplier performance, and continuity of supply.ROLE of the Procurement Manager:Drive purchasing strategy, cost savings & commercial performanceManage tenders (RFQs/RFPs), supplier selection & contract negotiationsOversee supplier performance, KPIs & risk managementEnsure compliance, sustainability & procurement best practicePartner with stakeholders to forecast demand & support operationsFULL DESCRIPTION will be sent to selected candidatesPROFILE:Fluent in French & EnglishEducated to degree level8–10 years’ procurement experience (end-to-end sourcing)Strong negotiation & supplier management skillsHospitality experience a plusCIPS or similar qualification preferredSALARY & BENEFITS:c.£65K (DOE)Hybrid (2 daysWFH)Travel allowance + Perkbox +EAPStaff rates across European properties + team events
