The organization is driven by a customer- and employee-first mindset, a culture of integrity, and a strong focus on smart, scalable, and sustainable innovation aligned with Atmanirbhar Bharat.Role Description We are looking for an experienced IT Procurement Manager/Senior Manager to lead strategic procurement of Enterprise IT Infrastructure, Data Centre, Cybersecurity, Networking, Cloud, End User Computing, Software Licensing, and Managed Services solutions. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience working with System Integrators (SI), OEMs, National Distributors, Value Added Resellers (VARs), and Technology Partners while ensuring cost optimization, timely sourcing, commercial excellence, and supply chain efficiency.QualificationsLead procurement of Enterprise IT Infrastructure products and solutions.Manage strategic relationships with OEMs, distributors, suppliers, and channel partners.Source competitive quotations and negotiate pricing, commercials, and delivery timelines.Work closely with Sales, Pre-Sales, Bid Management, Finance, and Project teams.Handle procurement for Government/PSU and Enterprise projects.Manage RFQ, RFP, and vendor evaluation processes.Coordinate with OEMs for special pricing, deal registration, and project registrations.Ensure timely procurement and delivery for customer projects.Negotiate contracts, payment terms, warranties, SLAs, and commercial agreements.Monitor inventory planning and supply chain performance.Maintain procurement documentation and vendor compliance.Track procurement KPIs, cost savings, and vendor performance.Identify alternate sourcing strategies to minimize risk. Must Have QualificationsBachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.10–15 years of IT Procurement/Sourcing experience.MUST HAVE Experience in Enterprise IT Infrastructure procurement & SI DOMAINExperience working with System Integrators (SI), Value Added Resellers (VAR), Managed Service Providers (MSP), IT Infrastructure Companies, National IT Distributors, or Tier-1 OEMs.Strong commercial negotiation skills.Experience handling multi-OEM procurement.Strong understanding of enterprise IT products and technologies.Experience coordinating with Sales, Bid Management, and Delivery teams.Excellent vendor relationship management skills.Preferred Qualifications/Background Experience in Government/PSU procurement.Knowledge of GeM and public procurement.Experience with OEM deal registrations and special pricing.Experience with import procurement and logistics.Exposure to contract management and compliance.MBA/Supply Chain certification preferred.System Integrators, IT Infrastructure Companies, OEMs, National IT Distributors, Value Added Resellers, Managed Service Providers
