Procurement Manager - Plants

Key Responsibilities - Develop and execute procurement plans based on operational and project requirements - Manage the end-to-end procurement cycle, from requisition to PO closure - Lead supplier negotiations and secure competitive pricing and commercial terms - Manage procurement costs, budgets and cost-saving initiatives - Handle contracts, commercial terms and supplier agreements - Monitor POs, back orders and deliveries to ensure timely material availability - Coordinate with Projects, Operations, Finance and Accounts teams - Lead and manage the procurement team, ensuring effective task allocation and performance - Ensure compliance with procurement policies, procedures and approval requirements - Prepare procurement reports covering costs, savings, supplier performance and procurement efficiency

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Procurement, Business Administration or related field
• Minimum 10 years of procurement experience, preferably within landscaping, horticulture, nursery or agriculture.
• Strong knowledge of softscape materials and plant procurement
• Good network of UAE nurseries and plant suppliers.
• Experience in sourcing local and imported plants is an advantage.
• Excellent negotiation and supplier management skills
• Strong cost management and commercial acumen
• Experience in contract management and procurement planning
• Proven team management and leadership skills
• Proficiency in ERP/Procurement systems and MS Office
• Strong communication, coordination, and organizational abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple site visits and supplier interactions.
