We are seeking a Procurement Manager to lead and manage the company's procurement activities, ensuring the efficient acquisition of materials, equipment, services, and subcontractors with the required quality and cost-effectiveness. The role plays a key part in supporting the successful delivery of company projects while contributing to the achievement of operational and financial objectives.Key ResponsibilitieDevelop and implement procurement strategies aligned with the company's goals and operational plansManage the procurement of construction materials, equipment, machinery, and services required for projects and corporate operationsEstablish, develop, and maintain relationships with suppliers and subcontractors while evaluating their performance on a regular basisNegotiate pricing, contracts, and commercial agreements to achieve the best value for the companyAnalyze project requirements and coordinate with Project Management, Engineering, and Cost Control teams to ensure timely procurement and deliveryOversee supplier and subcontractor prequalification, evaluation, and approval processesMonitor procurement KPIs and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce costsTrack market trends and material pricing to identify cost-saving opportunities and support strategic purchasing decisionsEnsure compliance with company policies, procedures, and applicable regulations throughout all procurement activitiesManage inventory levels in coordination with relevant departments to ensure material availability while minimizing wastePrepare periodic procurement reports and provide recommendations to senior managementLead, mentor, and develop the procurement team to enhance performance and productivityParticipate in budget preparation, procurement planning, and sourcing strategies for current and future projects.RequiremenBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related fielMinimum of 8 years of procurement experience, including at least 3 years in a supervisory or managerial rolProven experience in the construction industry, particularly in roads, infrastructure, or building projectStrong knowledge of contract management, supply chain operations, and supplier prequalification processeProficiency in ERP systems and procurement management softwarStrong leadership and team management skillAdvanced negotiation skills with the ability to manage suppliers and contracts effectivelStrong analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving abilitie
