You will be involved in preparing RFQs, obtaining quotations, evaluating supplier submissions, assisting in commercial comparisons, and following up on material deliveries to ensure project timelines are met. This role offers strong exposure to end-to-end procurement processes, supplier coordination, and collaboration with project, design, and commercial teams in a fast-paced, project-driven environment.Your RoleAs a Procurement Officer - Asst you will:Assist in managing the procurement process for interior fit-out projects from material requisition to deliverySupport sourcing of fit-out materials including joinery, loose furniture, doors, ironmongery, glass, gypsum works, ceiling systems, flooring, wall finishes, lighting fixtures, sanitary ware, and decorative itemsFloat RFQs to suppliers and subcontractors and follow up to ensure timely quotation submissionsAssist in preparing commercial bid comparisons and evaluation summariesSupport negotiations on pricing, lead times, and commercial terms under senior guidanceCoordinate with Design, Estimation, and Project Teams to understand material requirements and specificationsTrack material submittals, approvals, and delivery schedulesFollow up with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and resolve basic procurement issuesMaintain accurate procurement records, logs, and documentationAssist in identifying alternative suppliers and cost-saving opportunitiesEnsure compliance with company procurement procedures and project requirementsWhat We’re Looking ForBachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related fieldMinimum 3 years of procurement experience in Interior Fit-Out, Joinery, Hospitality, Luxury Residential, or Commercial Interior ProjectsBasic understanding of fit-out materials, finishes, and interior construction packagesFamiliarity with supplier coordination and quotation processesAbility to read drawings, BOQs, and material specifications (preferred)Experience with ERP systems or procurement software is an advantageStrong communication, organizational, and follow-up skillsEagerness to learn and grow within a fast-paced procurement environmentWhat We OfferThe opportunity to work on some of the UAE’s most iconic fit-out projectsA supportive environment that encourages learning and professional developmentExposure to end-to-end procurement processes in a leading construction organizationClear career progression opportunities within ALEC FITOUTReady to build your procurement career by supporting the sourcing and delivery of premium fit-out materials that bring world-class interior projects to life?If you’re motivated, detail-oriented, and ready to grow in a high-performance environment, we’d love to hear from you.Join ALEC FITOUT and take the next step in shaping your procurement career.Apply today and be part of something excellent!
