Procurement Officer

We are urgently hiring a Procurement Officer with construction industry experience who is available for IMMEDIATE JOINING. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 7 years of procurement experience and hands-on knowledge of sourcing construction materials, equipment, and subcontractor services.Key Responsibilities:Source, negotiate, and procure construction materials, equipment, and servicesEvaluate suppliers, obtain quotations, and ensure cost-effective purchasingPrepare and process purchase orders in line with project requirementsCoordinate with project managers, engineers, and site teams to meet deadlinesMonitor inventory levels and ensure timely delivery to construction sitesEnsure compliance with company policies, contracts, and industry standardsMaintain accurate procurement records and reportsRequirements:Minimum 5 years of experience as a Procurement Officer or similar roleMandatory experience in the construction industryStrong knowledge of construction materials, suppliers, and logisticsExcellent negotiation and communication skillsAbility to work under pressure and manage multiple projectsProficiency in MS Office and procurement systemsBachelor’s degree in Procurement, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field (preferred)
