Team members collaborate closely to ensure that every project reflects the brand’s commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction.Role Description The Procurement Officer is a full-time, on-site role based in Lagos, responsible for managing the end-to-end purchasing process for construction materials, services, and other project-related needs. This role involves preparing and processing purchase orders, sourcing and evaluating suppliers, and coordinating with project teams to ensure timely delivery of quality materials within budget. The Procurement Officer will review and negotiate contracts, track inventory levels, and analyze market trends to support cost-effective procurement decisions. Daily activities include maintaining accurate procurement records, resolving supplier issues, and collaborating with finance and operations to align purchasing activities with project timelines and organizational goals.Qualifications Candidates should possess strong skills in Procurement and Purchasing, with experience managing sourcing and supplier relationships.Candidates should possess skills in Purchase Orders and Contract Negotiation, including preparing documentation and securing favorable terms.Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to compare quotations, assess supplier performance, and optimize costs.Candidates should possess effective communication and stakeholder management skills to collaborate with vendors, project teams, and internal departments.Relevant experience in real estate development, construction, or a similar industry is beneficial.Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field is preferred.Strong attention to detail, integrity in handling contracts and budgets, and proficiency with procurement or ERP software are advantageous.
