Procurement Officer

Mabani Al Jazeera Holding Group – SWAN PropertiesWe are looking for a qualified Procurement Officer with strong experience in purchasing, supplier management, commercial negotiations, and procurement coordination to support SWAN Properties’ real estate operations and projects.Key Responsibilities:Manage and execute procurement activities for projects and operational requirements.Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers and service providers.Prepare RFQs, commercial comparisons, and procurement recommendations.Issue and follow up on purchase orders and ensure timely delivery.Coordinate closely with technical, finance, and project teams.Monitor supplier performance and compliance with agreed terms and specifications.Support cost optimization and procurement efficiency.Maintain procurement records and prepare periodic reports.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field.Minimum 3 years of relevant procurement experience.Experience in real estate, construction, or property development is highly preferred.Strong negotiation, analytical, and supplier management skills.Good command of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multi-project environment.Location: Jeddah, Saudi ArabiaBusiness Unit: SWAN Properties – Mabani Al Jazeera Holding Group
