Procurement Officer

We’re Hiring: Procurement Officer | UAEVeraspec Technical Services LLC is looking for a motivated and experienced Procurement to join our UAE team.Key Responsibilities:Manage end-to-end procurement activities, from sourcing to delivery.Source and evaluate suppliers and obtain competitive quotations.Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules with suppliers.Prepare and process purchase orders and maintain accurate procurement records.Coordinate with internal teams to understand purchasing requirements and priorities.Follow up with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment.Maintain and develop strong relationships with existing and potential suppliers.Monitor costs and identify opportunities for cost savings without compromising quality.Support vendor registration, evaluation, and documentation.Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies and requirements.Requirements:Previous experience in Procurement/Purchasing, preferably within the UAE.Good knowledge of the UAE supplier and vendor market.Strong negotiation and communication skills.Ability to manage multiple purchase requirements and priorities.Good organizational and documentation skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with ERP systems such as Odoo would be an advantage.Candidates currently based in the UAE are preferred.📍 Location: Dubai, UAE🏢 Company: Veraspec Technical Services LLCInterested candidates may send their updated CV to hr.uae@veraspec.com.We look forward to hearing from you.#Hiring #Procurement #ProcurementJobs #Purchasing #DubaiJobs #UAEJobs #HiringUAE #Veraspec
