The work environment supports professional development and performance-driven growth.Role Description The Procurement Officer is a full-time, on-site role based in the United Arab Emirates. This role is responsible for managing end-to-end procurement activities, including sourcing suppliers, requesting and evaluating quotations, and preparing purchase orders in line with company policies. The Procurement Officer will negotiate contracts and terms, monitor supplier performance, and ensure timely delivery of goods and services. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing pricing and market trends, maintaining procurement records, coordinating with internal stakeholders to understand requirements, and resolving issues related to orders, deliveries, or invoices. The role also involves identifying cost-saving opportunities, supporting compliance with internal controls, and contributing to continuous improvement of procurement processes.QualificationsStrong expertise in Procurement and Purchasing, with experience managing sourcing cycles and supplier relationships.Practical experience in handling Purchase Orders, order tracking, and documentation in ERP or similar systems.Proficiency in Contract Negotiation, including reviewing terms, pricing, and service levels with vendors.Solid Analytical Skills for evaluating quotations, comparing bids, and assessing total cost of ownership.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or a related field; professional procurement certification (e.g., CIPS, CPSM) is an advantage.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external suppliers.High level of integrity, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.Experience in the UAE market or GCC region and familiarity with local regulations and business practices is preferred.
