Procurement Officer

About the Company: Aspire Manpower Services is looking to hire an experienced Procurement Specialist for one of our prestigious clients in the UAE. The successful candidate will manage procurement activities, supplier sourcing, quotation analysis, negotiations, purchase orders and vendor relationships while ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of goods and services.About the Role: The successful candidate will manage procurement activities, supplier sourcing, quotation analysis, negotiations, purchase orders and vendor relationships while ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of goods and services.Responsibilities:Manage the complete procurement cycle from purchase requisition to delivery.Source and evaluate suppliers based on price, quality, reliability and delivery timelines.Obtain quotations and prepare detailed comparison statements.Negotiate prices, payment terms and contractual conditions with suppliers.Prepare and process purchase orders accurately.Monitor open purchase orders and ensure timely delivery.Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors.Coordinate with internal departments to understand procurement requirements.Maintain accurate procurement records, supplier documents and contracts.Evaluate supplier performance and support vendor registration.Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and UAE regulations.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Commerce or a related field.Minimum 3–5 years of relevant procurement experience.UAE procurement experience is strongly preferred.Required Skills:Strong knowledge of sourcing, purchasing, vendor management and contract negotiation.Experience using ERP or procurement management systems.Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel.Excellent negotiation, communication and analytical skills.Ability to manage multiple requirements and meet deadlines.Immediate or short-notice availability will be an advantage.Preferred Skills:UAE procurement experience is strongly preferred.Pay range and compensation package:AED 10,000- AED 12,000Equal Opportunity Statement: Aspire Manpower Services is committed to diversity and inclusivity.How to Apply: Interested candidates should apply through LinkedIn with an updated CV.
