The company offers end-to-end services, including full logistics support, customs clearance, and uninterrupted supply continuity to ensure reliable project execution.Role Description The Procurement Officer role is a full-time, on-site position based in Al Khobar. The Procurement Officer will manage the end-to-end purchasing process, including identifying suppliers, requesting and evaluating quotations, and issuing purchase orders for project materials, equipment, and power solutions. Responsibilities include negotiating contracts and pricing, monitoring supplier performance, and ensuring timely delivery in line with project specifications and quality standards. The role involves maintaining accurate procurement records, analyzing purchasing data, and coordinating closely with project, logistics, and finance teams to align procurement activities with project timelines and budgets. The Procurement Officer will also support continuous improvement of procurement processes and adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements.QualificationsStrong procurement and purchasing skills, with experience managing sourcing, supplier selection, and end-to-end buying processes.Proficiency in handling purchase orders, including creation, tracking, and reconciliation with delivery and invoicing.Experience in contract negotiation, including terms, pricing, and service level agreements with local and international suppliers.Solid analytical skills to evaluate quotations, compare supplier offers, optimize costs, and support data-driven decisions.Relevant experience in trading, construction, energy, industrial, or power solutions sectors is highly beneficial.Ability to work on-site in Al Khobar, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and manage multiple procurement requests simultaneously.Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with attention to detail and commitment to quality and compliance.A degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or a related field; professional procurement certifications are an advantage.
