Headquartered in An Nuayriyah in the Eastern Province, the company supports Vision 2030-aligned programs and maintains long-term client relationships through reliable, operational infrastructure.Role Description The Procurement Officer is a full-time, on-site role based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role is responsible for managing end-to-end procurement activities, including sourcing suppliers, obtaining and analyzing quotations, negotiating contracts and pricing, and issuing purchase orders in line with company policies and project requirements. The Procurement Officer will track order status, coordinate with project, finance, and warehouse teams, and ensure timely delivery of materials and services that meet quality and compliance standards. Day-to-day tasks include maintaining vendor records, monitoring inventory levels and procurement budgets, preparing procurement reports, and supporting audits and documentation requirements. The role also involves continuously identifying cost-saving opportunities, mitigating supply risks, and contributing to the improvement of procurement processes and systems.Qualifications Candidates should possess strong procurement and purchasing skills, with experience in end-to-end sourcing, supplier management, and category buying.Candidates should possess skills in purchase orders and related documentation, including requisition processing, order tracking, and records management.Candidates should possess skills in contract negotiation, including pricing discussions, terms and conditions review, and supplier performance agreements.Candidates should possess solid analytical skills, with the ability to compare quotations, analyze cost and value, and interpret procurement data.Relevant experience in construction, engineering, or infrastructure projects within Saudi Arabia is highly beneficial.Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic proficiency is an advantage.Proficiency with ERP or procurement systems and MS Office (especially Excel) and the ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional project teams.
