The Procurement Officer will be responsible for managing procurement activities, including sourcing suppliers, preparing purchase orders, negotiating contracts, and ensuring cost-efficient purchasing of goods and services. The role also involves evaluating procurement processes, analyzing data, and ensuring adherence to company policies and regulations.Qualifications* Proven experience in Procurement, Purchasing, and handling Purchase Orders.* Previous experience working in an aesthetic clinic or beauty and wellness clinic is required.* Proficiency in contract negotiation and supplier relationship management.* Strong analytical skills and the ability to assess vendor performance and procurement data.* Knowledge of local and international supply chain and procurement practices.* Excellent communication, organizational, and decision-making skills.* Proficiency in procurement-related software and tools is an advantage.* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
