Procurement Officer – FMCGCompany: MAHALLE – Promart General Trading LLCLocation: Dubai, UAEAbout the RoleWe are looking for an experienced Procurement Officer to manage purchasing and supplier relationships for our grocery e-commerce and walk-in retail business.The ideal candidate should have good knowledge of the UAE FMCG market, strong supplier connections, and experience sourcing products at competitive prices.Key ResponsibilitiesSource FMCG and grocery products from suppliers across the UAE.Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers.Negotiate prices, payment terms, and delivery conditions.Manage purchase orders and ensure timely deliveries.Monitor market prices and identify new products and suppliers.Ensure product availability and competitive purchasing costs.Coordinate with the sales, warehouse, and operations teams.Requirements5–10 years of experience in FMCG procurement in the UAE or Middle East.Good knowledge of the UAE grocery and FMCG supplier market.Existing relationships with UAE suppliers are essential.Experience in e-commerce and grocery retail procurement.Strong negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.Valid UAE driving license.Ability to visit suppliers and manage purchasing independently.Interested candidates can send their CV via direct message.
