Procurement Operations Manager

Looking for an experienced Operations Manager to lead a Procurement team at TechMahindraRequirements:12 to 15 years of experienceStrong SAP skillsProven people leadershipProcurement operations/shared services backgroundKey Responsibilities:• Manage end-to-end procurement operations including helpdesk.• Handle PR/PO management and P2P cycle using SAP (MM/P2P).• Lead vendor evaluation, RFQ/RFP, negotiations, and onboarding.• Oversee invoice processing, 3-way match, dispute resolution & timely payments.• Manage dashboards, KPIs, and performance reporting (Excel & PPT).• Drive stakeholder/client management and ensure SLA adherence.• Handle escalations and implement corrective & preventive actions.• Lead and mentor a procurement operations team; drive productivity and compliance.Skills Required:• Strong SAP knowledge• Advanced Excel & PPT• Dashboard & reporting skills• Vendor & client management• Escalation handling• Good Team Management
