About Your TeamYou will lead and coordinate procurement and estimation activities while working closely with commercial, design, engineering, procurement, and project teams, as well as specialist wellness suppliers, manufacturers, and contractors. You will provide leadership, guidance, and support throughout the tendering and procurement process, ensuring accurate cost planning, technical compliance, supplier performance, and successful procurement delivery across specialist Spa & Wellness projects. Your RoleAs a Procurement Package Manager - Spa & Wellness, you will be responsible for:Leading cost estimation, BOQ reviews, tender pricing, and commercial assessments for specialist Spa & Wellness projects Preparing detailed cost breakdowns for thermal cabins, specialist wellness equipment, construction materials, and installation worksIdentifying, evaluating, and sourcing international Spa & Wellness equipment manufacturers and specialist suppliers Managing RFQs, quotation analysis, technical-commercial comparisons, and supplier selection processes Coordinating procurement activities for hammams, saunas, steam rooms, thermal cabins, experience showers, salt rooms, and specialist wellness systems Developing procurement schedules and managing long-lead equipment and material procurement strategies Negotiating supplier pricing, commercial terms, and delivery schedules in coordination with internal stakeholders Supporting value engineering initiatives, variation cost assessments, and procurement risk management activities What We're Looking ForExperience:Minimum 10 years of professional experience in estimation, procurement, or specialist construction At least 5 years of experience in Spa & Wellness projects or specialist wellness equipment procurement Mandatory experience in high-end, luxury, and ultra-luxury hospitality and Spa & Wellness developmentsProven experience preparing cost estimates, BOQs, tender pricing, and technical-commercial comparisonsExperience sourcing and procuring equipment from international manufacturers and specialist suppliersBachelor's degree in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Procurement, or a related discipline Knowledge & Skills:Strong understanding of thermal cabin construction, specialist wellness equipment, and associated materials Experience in procurement, sourcing, and estimation for hammams, saunas, steam rooms, thermal suites, and related wellness facilities Strong understanding of technical specifications, supplier quotations, procurement schedules, and commercial terms Ability to identify scope gaps, procurement risks, and cost implications of design changesStrong analytical, negotiation, coordination, and stakeholder management skills Familiarity with international sourcing, logistics, long-lead item procurement, and specialist supplier management What We OfferThe opportunity to lead procurement and estimation activities across landmark high-end, luxury, and ultra-luxury hospitality and Spa & Wellness developmentsA collaborative and project-driven environment committed to operational excellence, innovation, and continuous improvementA senior role where your expertise in estimation, procurement strategy, supplier management, and specialist wellness systems directly impacts project successThe opportunity to work alongside leading consultants, specialist manufacturers, suppliers, contractors, and project stakeholdersReady to elevate your career?
