Procurement / Purchase Executive – Interior Fit-Out

MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS – PLEASE READ BEFORE APPLYINGWe are looking for a Procurement / Purchase Executive with proven UAE experience in the interior fit-out industry and hands-on inventory management experience.Candidates without BOTH interior fit-out procurement experience AND inventory/stock management experience will NOT be considered. Please do not apply if your experience is from general procurement, retail, trading, or unrelated industries.Key ResponsibilitiesProcure interior fit-out materials including joinery, hardware, glass, gypsum, flooring, ceilings, MEP materials, and finishing items.Source suppliers, obtain quotations, prepare comparisons, and negotiate prices.Prepare LPOs and coordinate timely delivery to project sites.Maintain inventory, stock records, material movements, and reorder requirements.Coordinate with project, QS, estimation, and store teams for material planning.Manage supplier and subcontractor relationships.Monitor material costs, deliveries, and procurement documentation.Mandatory Requirements3–6 years of UAE experience in interior fit-out procurement/purchasing.Hands-on experience in inventory and stock management is mandatory.Strong knowledge of interior fit-out materials and suppliers.Good knowledge of UAE suppliers and subcontractors.Strong negotiation and communication skills.Good MS Excel skills.Candidates without relevant fit-out + inventory experience will not be shortlisted.
