Procurement / Sourcing Executive – D2C BrandsLocation: Rohini Sector 18, DelhiSalary: ₹50,000 – ₹60,000 per monthExperience: 3–6 YearsIndustry: D2C / E-commerce / Consumer BrandsJob OverviewWe are looking for an experienced Procurement / Sourcing Professional with hands-on experience in sourcing products for D2C brands, e-commerce companies, or consumer brands. The candidate should have strong vendor management, negotiation, product sourcing, and procurement capabilities.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and onboard reliable manufacturers, suppliers, and vendors for D2C products.Handle end-to-end product sourcing and procurement as per business requirements.Source products from domestic manufacturers, wholesalers, and relevant supplier networks.Negotiate pricing, MOQ, payment terms, lead time, and other commercial terms with vendors.Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new suppliers.Compare quotations and conduct cost analysis to achieve competitive pricing.Coordinate with vendors for samples, product development, quality, production, and timely delivery.Track purchase orders, inventory requirements, and procurement timelines.Ensure products meet required quality standards and specifications.Research new products, suppliers, and market trends relevant to D2C businesses.Coordinate with internal teams such as Product, Operations, Warehouse, and Sales.Maintain proper records of vendors, pricing, purchase orders, and procurement data.Required SkillsStrong experience in Sourcing / Procurement for D2C or E-commerce brands.Good understanding of vendor identification and supplier networks.Strong negotiation and communication skills.Experience in cost comparison, MOQ negotiation, and vendor management.Good knowledge of procurement processes and supply chain operations.Strong analytical and follow-up skills.Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets.Preferred CandidateCandidates who have previously worked with D2C brands, consumer product companies, e-commerce brands, FMCG, lifestyle, beauty, fashion, home & kitchen, or similar product-based businesses will be preferred.Candidates with proven hands-on product sourcing experience are highly preferred.
