Procurement Specialist

We are looking for a detail-oriented and results-driven Procurement Specialist to manage international procurement activities and ensure timely sourcing of high-quality materials at competitive prices.Key Responsibilities:• Identify and evaluate international suppliers• Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules• Issue and manage purchase orders• Coordinate with logistics for shipping and customs clearance• Monitor supplier performance and resolve order discrepancies• Ensure compliance with import/export regulations• Maintain accurate procurement documentationRequirements:• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field• Minimum 3 years of purchasing experience (preferably in manufacturing in KSA)• Strong negotiation and analytical skills• Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred)• Very good MS Office skills (especially Excel)• Excellent English language skillsIf you are proactive, analytical, and ready to grow in a dynamic manufacturing environment, we’d like to hear from you.
