Procurement Specialist

We are looking for Procurement Specialists to support infrastructure and road projects.Requirements: Diploma or higher in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.• Saudi nationals • 5+ years of procurement experience in construction, infrastructure, or road projects. • Experience working with subcontractors and suppliers (contracts, negotiations, delivery follow-up). • Familiarity with materials such as asphalt, ready-mix concrete, sand, rebar, water pipes, valves, and site equipment. • Strong negotiation, communication, and reporting skills. • Experience using ERP or procurement systems. • International certifications such as CCMP, CIPM, CIPP are a strong plus.Responsibilities: • Preparing and managing subcontractor contracts. • Handling suppliers from pricing, quotations, negotiations, and purchase orders up to final delivery at project sites. • Preparing weekly and monthly procurement reports. • Coordinating with project teams to ensure timely material availability. • Evaluating supplier performance and ensuring compliance with company standards.
