The Procurement Specialist will act as a central hub for the Purchasing Team’s daily workflow. The Procurement Specialist will be expected work with the Procurement Team and department stakeholders to help generate reports and common metrics, provide centralized collaboration with suppliers and vendors, and expedite inter-department projects. What you will doWork closely with Accounts Payable, Accounting, and Finance to manage the purchasing process from Procure to Pay (P2P)Own and enforce the purchasing policy centered around DigiCert’s purchasing system, NetSuiteFacilitate communication between the Purchasing Team and other departmentsDevelop, standardize, maintain, and distribute metrics for supplier and team performanceReview and revise internal processes and proceduresProvide administrative assistance to the Procurement TeamExperience with Cost Analysis & NegotiationsCoordinate with vendors and suppliers to troubleshoot any potential problems in the supply chain that might affect open orders What you will havePositive, engaged attitude and self-motivatedAble to learn and adapt quickly3+ Years of Experience in Procurement / Supply chain operationsGoal-oriented with excellent time-management abilitiesStrong personal ethicsHigh attention to detailDocument and design existing processes using flowchartsExperience with NetSuite is a mustProductive and Graphite Connect or similar systems is optionalOrganized and able to manage and prioritize tasks and work independentlyConfident, clear communication via email, phone, and in-personStrong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook Nice to haveBachelor’s degree (or pursuing a degree) in Business, Operations, Supply Chain Management, or other related fields is a plusExperience in a procurement role in the technology or a related industry is beneficialPrevious experience in an administrative position is also preferred BenefitsGenerous time off policiesTop shelf benefitsEducation, wellness and lifestyle support To protect candidate information and maintain a secure hiring process, all applications must be submitted through our careers portal.
