The role will be responsible for managing the company’s end-to-end procurement process, driving cost efficiency, ensuring compliance, and building strong vendor partnerships across multiple geographies. This position will play a key role in aligning procurement practices with Doceree’s global finance strategy and growth plans.ResponsibilitiesKey ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement procurement policies, processes, and best practices aligned with global standards.Manage vendor identification, evaluation, negotiation, and contract management.Drive cost optimization initiatives while ensuring quality and service standards.Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Finance, Legal, Operations, IT, etc.) to meet business needs.Monitor supplier performance and manage vendor relationships proactively.Ensure compliance with statutory, legal, and audit requirements across geographies.Work closely with Finance leadership to forecast budgets and track procurement spend.Lead automation and digitization initiatives in procurement processes for efficiency.Support global expansion plans by establishing scalable vendor ecosystems.Qualifications & ExperienceUG/PG in Finance, Supply Chain, or related field.4–8 years of experience in Procurement/Sourcing, preferably in a multinational or fast-growing organization.Strong negotiation and contract management skills.Experience handling procurement across geographies (India, US, UK preferred).Good understanding of financial controls, compliance, and reporting.Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.Exposure to procurement automation tools/ERP systems is a plus.Why Explore a Career at DocereeBe a Part of the Revolution in Healthcare Marketing.
