Job Summary:One of our clients are looking for Procurement Specialist who is responsible for sourcing and purchasing materials, equipment, and services required for residential and commercial real estate projects. The role ensures that procurement activities meet project specifications, budgets, timelines, and quality standards.Key Responsibilities:Source construction materials, finishing products, furniture, equipment, and project-related services.Identify, evaluate, and maintain relationships with suppliers, contractors, and service providers.Prepare and issue RFQs, RFPs, purchase orders, and bid comparison reports.Negotiate prices, payment terms, delivery schedules, warranties, and contract conditions.Coordinate with project management, engineering, finance, facilities management, and site teams.Ensure purchased items comply with approved specifications, drawings, BOQs, and quality requirements.Monitor purchase orders and deliveries to prevent project delays.Support tendering, contractor selection, and contract administration.Review supplier quotations and recommend the best commercial and technical offers.Maintain procurement records, supplier databases, contracts, and performance evaluations.Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality or project requirements.Ensure compliance with company policies, approved budgets, and applicable regulations.Resolve supplier, quality, delivery, and payment-related issues in coordination with relevant departments.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.3–7 years of procurement experience, preferably within real estate development, residential projects, construction, or property management.Experience procuring construction materials, finishing items, MEP products, furniture, and maintenance services.Good understanding of BOQs, technical specifications, contracts, and project procurement cycles.Knowledge of local suppliers, contractors, and real estate market pricing.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP or procurement systems.
